Training for season 2011/12

Rednock Ladies start back at training on Wednesday 7th September 2011.

Training is at Wycliffe College, Stonehouse, GL10 2AF from 7:15pm until 8:45pm.

Our coach Anna goes through fitness drills and ball skills before getting into match play.
